 VIP Access Plan
Finger Lakes Family Care is pleased to offer an enhanced access plan for patients wanting and needing immediate communication with our office and medical staff. Our VIP Access Plan does not take the place of insurance plans or payments for medical care, rather it ensures enhanced access to care through alternative means of delivering care that our practice values.
For our introductory membership fee of $24.99 per month per household, you will enjoy a private physician feel when contacting Dr. Smith and Leigh Lafferty. Your insurance plan will still cover the cost of regular office visits and co-pays will still apply as this is an enhanced access plan, not a secondary insurance plan. The services
included below are not covered by insurance plans, but we feel are essential to providing the best and most personal care that we can provide to you as a very important patient as we enter the 21st century!

Patient Liaison
As a VIP member you willreceive the benefit of having a personal care manager at your service to assist with any medical concerns or chronic conditions you might have. Your Personal Liaison will assist you with PHR maintenance as well as being available for secure online chat.

Same Day Appointments
Finger Lakes Family Care will gaurantee any non-urgent visit request within 24 hrs and will accommodate same day requests within reason for non-urgent care concerns. It is our goal to see you when you want to be seen! Home Visits can be arranged as well to accommodate visit requests, again when applicable.

Live Online Medical Support
Our provide support software will allow you to securely chat with our medical staff live during office hours as well as nights and weekends instead of callingour on-call line.

Personal Health Records
Maintenance of personal health records can be a tedious process without the help of your primary care physician. As part of our PHR service, we will update your medical records on a regular basis to your personalized apractis weboffice or to any other PHR you choose.

UpDox Network Account
As a member of the UpDox Network, you will enjoy secure online collaboration tools including ssl encrypted messaging and secure instant messaging. This state of the art communications network is HIPPA compliant and will truly change how you communicate with our office.

Virtual Visits
Virtual visits include any visit other than face to face medical office examinations. These may be a series of email exchanges, a telephone consult, an instant messaging session, or a webmeeting where you can visualize your medical records and or xrays/MRIs from the comfort of your home or while at work. (Included in your VIP Access Plan when appropriate instead of office visits.)
