As a VIP Access member, you will have enhanced access to Dr. Smith and our other providers at Finger Lakes Family Care. Our VIP access plan will provide private and personalized services that are not covered by health insurance plans.
Finger Lakes Family Care is pleased to offer multiple office visit types from standard face to face office visits covered by all insurance plans to group visits, home visits, and virtual visits that may not be covered and are performed on a cash basis. Please refer to our office vhours below:
Regular Office Hours
Our office hours are currently from 8Am until 5PM, Monday through Friday. At times we may close early on Friday depending on our patient volume. We are also closed on New Years Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
