Welcome To Finger Lakes Family Care

Finger Lakes Family Care was founded in 2005 by Dr. Robert L. Smith to care for the people of the Finger Lakes. Our mission is to provide excellent and up to date medical care while using 21st century technology to efficiently and effectively care for our patients. Our office also has a policy of open access scheduling which will enable same day access to care for medically appropriate concerns. Our new features include Quick Sick Visits for brief, same day appointments, Live Online Support for secure web based communications with our office staff, and a VIP Access Plan for enhanced and private acees with our office.
